“End the dieting madness”
This statement was all it took for me to take notice of Tania Gustafson. The very first time I ever encountered her was when she introduced herself at a Babes in Business meeting and said she helped educate people on how to eat correctly so they could be healthier - without dieting.
The word ‘DIET’ has been causing me problems for years. From the moment my daughter was born I resolved to make sure she never heard me talk about dieting. I didn’t want her to think that’s what women were preoccupied with. I firmly believe that the word refers to what we eat, not a short period of time when we deprived ourselves before jumping back into previous eating habits. If you can’t maintain a way of eating for life, it isn’t worth doing unless you want to be a yo yo dieter.
Tania’s statement grabbed my attention, but it took a little bit of time for me to decide that I was ready to commit. I signed up for the ‘8 Weeks Is All It Takes’ program and am currently in week 6. I haven’t felt this good in a long time and I believe this is an eating program that I can incorporate into my life – long-term.
The program revolves around stabilizing your blood sugar and involves eating smaller more regular meals that include protein, carbs and fat. In addition to getting involved in an eating plan that is easy to follow and doesn’t make me feel deprived or hungry, I have had the chance to work with Tania. Her passion for natural healing and the role that food plays in all aspects of our health shines through when she works with you.
